English Translation
Waki' narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Hazim, from Sahl ibn Sa'd who said: 'I saw men tying their izars (lower garments) around their necks like children due to the shortness of the izars, while praying behind the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. A caller called: O women, do not raise your heads until the men have raised theirs.'
