حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ الْجَحْدَرِيُّ فُضَيْلُ بْنُ حُسَيْنٍ أَمْلَاهُ عَلَيَّ مِنْ كِتَابِهِ الْأَصْلِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ
عَلِيٍّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو حَازِمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَهْلَ بْنَ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيَّ يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَغَدْوَةٌ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَوْ رَوْحَةٌ خَيْرٌ مِنْ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا وَلَمَوْضِعُ سَوْطِ أَحَدِكُمْ فِي الْجَنَّةِ خَيْرٌ مِنْ الدُّنْيَا وَمَا فِيهَا

English Translation
Abu Kamil al-Jahdari Fudayl ibn Husayn narrated to us — he dictated it to me from his original book — 'Umar ibn 'Ali narrated to us, Abu Hazim narrated to us, he said: I heard Sahl ibn Sa'd al-Sa'idi say: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'I and the one who sponsors an orphan will be like this in Paradise' — and he pointed with his index and middle fingers, separating them slightly.
