حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَب
ْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا فَإِنْ لَمْ يَسْتَطِعْ أَنْ يَزْرَعَهَا وَعَجَزَ عَنْهَا فَلْيَمْنَحْهَا أَخَاهُ الْمُسْلِمَ وَلَا يُؤَاجِرْهَا

English Translation
Ishaq ibn Yusuf narrated to us, 'Abd al-Malik narrated to us, from 'Ata', from Jabir ibn Abdullah (رضي الله عنهما), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Whoever has land, let him cultivate it. If he is unable to cultivate it and is incapable of doing so, let him lend it to his Muslim brother. Let him not rent it out.'
