Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ مُعَاوِ
يَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا فَسَدَ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ فَلَا خَيْرَ فِيكُمْ وَلَا يَزَالُ أُنَاسٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْصُورِينَ لَا يُبَالُونَ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ

English Translation
Yazīd narrated to us: Shuʿbah informed us, from Muʿāwiyah ibn Qurrah, from his father [Qurrah ibn Iyās] (رضي الله عنه) who said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: 'If the people of al-Shām become corrupt, then there is no good in you. There will always be a group from my ummah who will be granted victory. Those who forsake them will not harm them, and they will remain so until the Hour is established.'
