حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ قُرَّةَ
عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا فَسَدَ أَهْلُ الشَّامِ فَلَا خَيْرَ فِيكُمْ وَلَنْ تَزَالَ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي مَنْصُورِينَ لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى تَقُومَ السَّاعَةُ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yaḥyā ibn Saʿīd narrated to us, from Shuʿbah, saying: Muʿāwiyah ibn Qurrah narrated to me, from his father [Qurrah ibn Iyās] (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'If the people of al-Shām become corrupt, then there is no good in you. A group from my ummah will continue to be granted victory. Those who forsake them will not harm them, until the Hour is established.'
