حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا رِشْدِينُ عَنْ زَبَّانَ عَنْ سَهْلٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ إِنَّ لِلَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى عِبَادًا ل
َا يُكَلِّمُهُمْ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَلَا يُزَكِّيهِمْ وَلَا يَنْظُرُ إِلَيْهِمْ قِيلَ لَهُ مَنْ أُولَئِكَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ قَالَ مُتَبَرٍّ مِنْ وَالِدَيْهِ رَاغِبٌ عَنْهُمَا وَمُتَبَرٍّ مِنْ وَلَدِهِ وَرَجُلٌ أَنْعَمَ عَلَيْهِ قَوْمٌ فَكَفَرَ نِعْمَتَهُمْ وَتَبَرَّأَ مِنْهُمْ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Yaḥyā narrated to us, saying: Rishdīn narrated to us, from Zabbān, from Sahl, from his father [Muʿādh ibn Anas al-Juhanī] (رضي الله عنه), from the Prophet ﷺ who said: 'Indeed, Allāh, Blessed and Exalted, has servants whom He will not speak to on the Day of Resurrection, nor will He purify them, nor will He look at them.' It was asked: 'Who are they, O Messenger of Allāh?' He ﷺ said: 'The one who disowns his parents, the one who disowns his children, and a people who were given favor by a group and then denied the favor.'
