Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ وَسَالِمٍ أَبِي النَّضْرِ عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ حُذَافَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَمَرَهُ أَنْ يُنَادِيَ فِي أَيَّامِ التَّشْرِيقِ أَنَّهَا أَيَّامُ أَكْلٍ وَشُرْبٍ
English Translation
ʿAbd al-Raḥmān narrated to us, from Sufyān, from ʿAbdullāh, meaning Ibn Abī Bakr, and Sālim Abū al-Naḍr, from Sulaymān ibn Yasār, from ʿAbdullāh ibn Ḥudhāfah (رضي الله عنه) that the Prophet ﷺ ordered him to call out during the days of Mina: 'These are the days of eating and drinking, and no one should fast.'
