حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ فُرَاتٍ عَنْ أَبِي الطُّفَيْلِ عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ بْنِ أَسِيدٍ اطَّلَعَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَيْنَا وَنَحْنُ نَتَذَاكَرُ السَّاعَةَ فَقَالَ مَا تَذْكُرُونَ قَالُوا نَذْكُرُ السَّاعَةَ فَقَالَ إِنَّهَا لَنْ تَقُومَ حَتَّى تَرَوْنَ عَشْرَ آيَاتٍ الدُّخَانُ وَالدَّجَّالُ وَالدَّابَّةُ وَطُلُوعُ الشَّ
مْسِ مِنْ مَغْرِبِهَا وَنُزُولُ عِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ وَيَأْجُوجُ وَمَأْجُوجُ وَثَلَاثُ خُسُوفٍ خَسْفٌ بِالْمَشْرِقِ وَخَسْفٌ بِالْمَغْرِبِ وَخَسْفٌ بِجَزِيرَةِ الْعَرَبِ وَآخِرُ ذَلِكَ نَارٌ تَخْرُجُ مِنْ قِبَلِ تَطْرُدُ النَّاسَ إِلَى مَحْشَرِهِمْ قَالَ أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ سَقَطَ كَلِمَةٌ

English Translation
Sufyān ibn ʿUyaynah narrated to us, from Furāt, from Abū al-Ṭufayl, from Ḥudhayfah ibn Asīd: the Prophet ﷺ looked down upon us while we were discussing the Hour. He said: 'What are you discussing?' They said: 'The Hour.' He said: 'It will not come until you see ten signs: the Smoke, the Dajjāl, the Beast, the rising of the sun from its west, the descent of ʿĪsā ibn Maryam, Yaʾjūj and Maʾjūj, and three sinkholes — one in the east, one in the west, and one in the Arabian Peninsula. The last of them is a fire that will emerge from the direction of [a word was dropped from the text] driving people to their gathering place.'
