‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏سُفْيَانَ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ أَبِي هَاشِمٍ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏عَاصِمِ بْنِ لَقِيطِ بْنِ صَبِرَةَ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِيهِ ‏ ‏عَنْ النَّبِيِّ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏إِذَا تَوَضَّأْتَ فَأَبْلِغْ فِي ‏ ‏الِاسْتِنْشَاقِ مَا لَمْ تَكُنْ صَائِمًا ‏

English Translation

ʿAbd al-Raḥmān narrated to us, from Sufyān, from Ismāʿīl ibn Kathīr Abū Hāshim, from ʿĀṣim ibn Laqīṭ ibn Ṣabirah, from his father, from the Prophet ﷺ: "When you perform wuḍūʾ, be thorough in rinsing the nose, unless you are fasting."
