حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يَزِيدَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ قَالَ حَدَّث

َنَا أَبُو زُمَيْلٍ سِمَاكٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي هِلَالٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ لَا تَصْلُحُ الصَّدَقَةُ لِغَنِيٍّ وَلَا لِذِي مِرَّةٍ سَوِيٍّ

English Translation
Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ʿAbdullāh ibn Yazīd narrated to us, he said: ʿIkrimah narrated to us, he said: Abū Zumayl Simāk narrated to us, he said: A man from Banū Hilāl narrated to me, he said: I heard the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ say: Charity is not permissible for a rich person, nor for one of strong body and sound limbs.
