قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الزُّبَيْرِيُّ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ عَنْ سِمَاكٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ الن
َّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَأَمَرَ بِرَجْمِ رَجُلٍ بَيْنَ مَكَّةَ وَالْمَدِينَةِ فَلَمَّا وَجَدَ مَسَّ الْحِجَارَةِ خَرَجَ فَهَرَبَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَهَلَّا تَرَكْتُمُوهُ

English Translation
al-Zubayrī Muḥammad ibn ʿAbdillāh narrated to us, he said: Isrāʾīl narrated to us, from Simāk, he said: ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz ibn ʿAbdillāh ibn ʿĀmir narrated to me, he said: One who heard the Prophet ﷺ narrated to me — he ordered the stoning of a man between Makkah and Madīnah. When he felt the pain of the stones, he ran away and fled. the Prophet ﷺ said: Why did you not leave him?
