قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ الْمَاجِشُونَ عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْي
َى عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ صَاحِبِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ جَاءَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَأَخْرَجْتُ إِلَيْهِ مَاءً فَتَوَضَّأَ فَغَسَلَ وَجْهَهُ ثَلَاثًا وَيَدَيْهِ مَرَّتَيْنِ مَرَّتَيْنِ وَمَسَحَ بِرَأْسِهِ أَقْبَلَ بِهِ وَأَدْبَرَ وَمَسَحَ بِأُذُنَيْهِ وَغَسَلَ قَدَمَيْهِ

English Translation
Hāshim ibn al-Qāsim narrated to us, he said: ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz — meaning Ibn ʿAbdillāh ibn Abī Salamah al-Mājishūn — narrated to us, from ʿAmr ibn Yaḥyā, from his father, from ʿAbdullāh ibn Zayd, the Companion of the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ, who said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ came to us, and I brought out water for him. He performed wuḍūʾ: he washed his face three times, his arms twice each, wiped his head — bringing his hands forward and back — wiped his ears, and washed his feet.
