حَدَّثَنَا عَبْد اللَّهِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو أَبُو سُلَيْمَانَ الضَّبِّيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ
الصَّعْبَ بْنَ جَثَّامَةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ الدَّارُ مِنْ دُورِ الْمُشْرِكِينَ نُصَبِّحُهَا لِلْغَارَةِ فَنُصِيبُ الْوِلْدَانَ تَحْتَ بُطُونِ الْخَيْلِ وَلَا نَشْعُرُ فَقَالَ إِنَّهُمْ مِنْهُمْ

English Translation
ʿAbdullāh narrated to us, he said: Dāwūd ibn ʿAmr Abū Sulaymān al-Ḍabbī narrated to us, he said: ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Abī al-Zinād narrated to us, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn al-Ḥārith, from ʿUbaydullāh ibn ʿAbdillāh ibn ʿUtbah, from Ibn ʿAbbās, that al-Ṣaʿb ibn Jaththāmah said: I said, 'O Messenger of Allāh, we raid the houses of the polytheists at dawn and the children are trampled under the horses' hooves without our knowing.' He said: 'They are from them.'
