English Translation
Mūsā ibn Dāwūd narrated to us, he said: Ibn Lahīʿah narrated to us, from Yazīd ibn Abī Ḥabīb, from Muḥammad ibn Yazīd: that ʿAbdullāh ibn ʿAwf narrated to him that Abū Jumuʿah Ḥabīb ibn Sibāʿ — who had met the Prophet ﷺ — reported that the Prophet ﷺ, during the year of al-Aḥzāb (the Battle of the Trench), prayed Maghrib, and when he finished he said: "Does anyone among you know whether I prayed ʿAṣr?" They said: "O Messenger of Allāh, you did not pray it." So he ordered the muʾadhdhin who called the iqāmah, and he prayed ʿAṣr, then repeated Maghrib.
