Hadith #66
Arabic Text
قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِيَاسُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي قَالَ كُنْتُ قَاعِدًا عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ
عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَعَطَسَ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَرْحَمُكَ اللَّهُ ثُمَّ عَطَسَ أُخْرَى فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الرَّجُلُ مَزْكُومٌ

English Translation
Bahz narrated to us, from ʿIkrimah ibn ʿAmmār, he said: Iyās ibn Salamah ibn al-Akwaʿ narrated to us, he said: my father narrated to me, saying: I was sitting with the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ when a man sneezed, and the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "May Allāh have mercy on you." Then he sneezed again, and the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: "The man has a cold."
