Abū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Muqriʾ narrated to us: Ḥaywah informed me: ʿAyyāsh ibn ʿAbbās narrated that Kulayb ibn Ṣubayḥ narrated to him that al-Zibriqān narrated to him, from his uncle ʿAmr ibn Umayyah al-Ḍamrī, he said: We were with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ on one of his journeys. They slept through the Fajr prayer until the sun had risen — they had not woken. the Prophet ﷺ began with the two [sunnah] rakʿahs and prayed them, then the iqāmah was called and he led the [obligatory] prayer.
