حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ كَثِيرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا بُشَيْرُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ مَوْلَى بَنِي حَارِثَةَ أَنَّ رَافِعَ بْنَ خَدِيجٍ وَسَهْلَ بْنَ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ حَدَّثَاهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنْ الْمُزَابَنَةِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ إِلَّا أَصْحَابَ الْعَرَايَا فَإِنَّهُ قَدْ أَذِنَ لَهُمْ
English Translation
Abū Usāmah narrated to us: al-Walīd ibn Kathīr narrated to us: Bushayr ibn Yasār, the freed slave of Banū Ḥārithah, narrated to us that Rāfiʿ ibn Khadīj and Sahl ibn Abī Ḥathmah narrated to him that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ prohibited muzābanah — selling dates on the tree for dried dates — except for the owners of ʿarāyā, for he had permitted them.
