حَدَّثَنَا سُوَيْدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْكَلْبِيُّ وَيُونُسُ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَس
َلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أَنْكَحَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَإِذَا بَاعَ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا قَالَ أَبِي وَقَالَ يُونُسُ وَإِذَا بَاعَ الرَّجُلُ بَيْعًا مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ

English Translation
ʿUqbah ibn ʿĀmir narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said: "If two guardians give a woman in marriage, she belongs to the first of them. And if a man sells to two men, it belongs to the first of them." Yūnus added: "And if a man sells a sale to two men [it belongs to the first]."
