حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِ

يبٍ عَنْ ابْنِ شِمَاسَةَ عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمُسْلِمُ أَخُو الْمُسْلِمِ لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يُغَيِّبَ مَا بِسِلْعَتِهِ عَنْ أَخِيهِ إِنْ عَلِمَ بِهَا تَرَكَهَا

English Translation
ʿUqbah ibn ʿĀmir narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: "A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim. It is not lawful for a Muslim man to conceal a defect in his merchandise from his brother, if he knows of it and then the other leaves it."
