Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ يَعْلَى بْنِ مُرَّةَ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ
صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَعَلَيَّ صُفْرَةٌ مِنْ زَعْفَرَانٍ فَقَالَ اغْسِلْهُ ثُمَّ اغْسِلْهُ ثُمَّ لَا تَعُدْ قَالَ فَغَسَلْتُهُ ثُمَّ لَمْ أَعُدْ

English Translation
Yūnus ibn Muḥammad narrated to us, Ḥammād narrated to us, from ʿAṭāʾ ibn al-Sāʾib, from Ḥafṣ ibn ʿAbdillāh, from Yaʿlā ibn Murrah, who said: "I came to the Prophet ﷺ and I had yellowness from saffron on me. He said: 'Wash it, then wash it, then do not do it again.'" He said: "So I washed it and never did it again."
