Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ أَبُو إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمُعَقِّبُ حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ
يَعْنِي الْفَزَارِيَّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَعْفُورٍ عَنْ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ يَعْلَى بْنَ مُرَّةَ الثَّقَفِيَّ يَقُولُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ أَخَذَ أَرْضًا بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهَا كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ تُرَابَهَا إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ

English Translation
Ismāʿīl ibn Muḥammad — and he is Abū Ibrāhīm al-Muʿaqqib — narrated to us, Marwān — meaning al-Fazārī — narrated to us, Abū Yaʿfūr narrated to us, from Abū Thābit, who said: I heard Yaʿlā ibn Murrah al-Thaqafī say: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever takes a piece of land without right will be made to carry its soil to the place of Gathering."
