حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ وَسَمِعْتُهُ أَنَا مِنْ الْحَكَمِ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَيّاشٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْ
مَنِ الْيَحْصَبِيُّ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُسْرٍ الْمَازِنِيِّ صَاحِبِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَتَى بَيْتَ قَوْمٍ أَتَاهُ مِمَّا يَلِي جِدَارَهُ وَلَا يَأْتِيهِ مُسْتَقْبِلًا بَابَهُ

English Translation
Al-Ḥakam ibn Mūsā narrated to us — ʿAbdullāh [ibn Aḥmad] said: and I heard it from al-Ḥakam — Ismāʿīl — meaning Ibn ʿAyyāsh — narrated to us saying: Muḥammad ibn ʿAbd al-Raḥmān al-Yaḥṣubī narrated to us, from ʿAbdullāh ibn Busr al-Māzinī, the Companion of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, when he came to someone's house, would approach from the side of its wall and would not come facing its door directly.
