حَدَّثَنَا هَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ يَعْنِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ عَنِ الْعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ ال
لَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ الْمُتَحَابُّونَ بِجَلَالِي فِي ظِلِّ عَرْشِي يَوْمَ لَا ظِلَّ إِلَّا ظِلِّي قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ وَأَحْسَبُنِي قَدْ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْهُ

English Translation
Haytham ibn Khārijah narrated to us saying: Ibn ʿAyyāsh — meaning Ismāʿīl — narrated to us, from Ṣafwān ibn ʿAmr, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Maysarah, from al-ʿIrbāḍ ibn Sāriyah رضي الله عنه, who said: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: Allāh عز وجل said: "Those who love one another for the sake of My Majesty shall be in the shade of My Throne on the day when there is no shade but My shade." ʿAbdullāh said: And I think I heard it from him [directly].
