Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
عَن عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَاصِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ يُنَادِي كُلَّ لَيْلَةٍ سَاعَةً فِيهَا مُنَادٍ هَلْ مِنْ دَاعٍ فَأَسْتَجِيبَ لَهُ هَلْ مِنْ سَائِلٍ فَأُعْطِيَهُ هَلْ مِنْ مُسْتَغْفِرٍ فَأَغْفِرَ لَهُ

English Translation
ʿUthmān ibn Abī al-ʿĀṣ رضي الله عنه narrated from the Prophet ﷺ who said: "Every night there is a time during which a caller calls out: 'Is there anyone asking so that I may give him? Is there anyone seeking forgiveness so that I may forgive him?'"
