English Translation

Abū Thaʿlabah al-Khushanī narrated that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The most beloved of you to me and the nearest of you to me in the Hereafter are the best of you in character. And the most hateful of you to me and the farthest of you from me in the Hereafter are the worst of you in character: the garrulous, the pretentious, and the pompous.'
