Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ أَنَّ الْمُسْتَوْرِدَ قَالَ بَيْنَا أَنَا عِنْدَ عَمْرِو بْنِ الْعَاصِ فَقُلْتُ لَه
ُ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ أَشَدُّ النَّاسِ عَلَيْكُمْ الرُّومُ وَإِنَّمَا هَلَكَتُهُمْ مَعَ السَّاعَةِ فَقَالَ لَهُ عَمْرٌو أَلَمْ أَزْجُرْكَ عَنْ مِثْلِ هَذَا

English Translation
Ḥasan ibn Mūsā narrated to us, Ibn Lahīʿah narrated to us, al-Ḥārith ibn Yazīd narrated to us, from ʿAbd al-Raḥmān ibn Jubayr, that al-Mustawrid said: While I was with ʿAmr ibn al-ʿĀṣ, I said to him: I heard the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ saying: 'The most intense of people against you will be the Romans, and their destruction will only be with the Hour.' ʿAmr said to him: 'Did I not rebuke you about saying the likes of this?'
