حَدَّثَنَا كَثِيرُ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ سَنَةَ إِحْدَى وَثَمَانِينَ
وَمِائَةٍ حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْلَةَ قَالَ رَأَيْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ أُمِّ حَرَامٍ الْأَنْصَارِيَّ وَقَدْ صَلَّى مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْقِبْلَتَيْنِ وَعَلَيْهِ ثَوْبُ خَزٍّ أَغْبَرُ وَأَشَارَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بِيَدِهِ إِلَى مَنْكِبَيْهِ فَظَنَّ كَثِيرٌ أَنَّهُ رِدَاءٌ
English Translation
Kathīr ibn Marwān Abū Muḥammad narrated to us — in the year one hundred and eighty-one — Ibrāhīm ibn Abī ʿAblah narrated to us, who said: I saw ʿAbdullāh ibn ʿAmr ibn Umm Ḥarām al-Anṣārī, who had prayed with the Prophet ﷺ toward both qiblahs, and upon him was a gray khazz garment. Ibrāhīm pointed with his hand toward his shoulders, and Kathīr thought that it was a cloak.
