English Translation
Hāshim ibn al-Qāsim narrated to us, ʿAbd al-ʿAzīz — meaning Ibn Abī Salamah — narrated to us, Saʿd ibn Ibrāhīm narrated to us, from Nāfiʿ ibn Jubayr, from ʿUrwah ibn al-Mughīrah ibn Shuʿbah, from his father al-Mughīrah who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ went to relieve himself. Then he came and I poured water for him. He washed his face, then went to wash his forearms, but the cloak's sleeves were too tight for them. He pulled them out from underneath the cloak, washed them, then wiped over his leather socks.
