حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَاطِبٍ قَالَ وَقَعَتْ الْقِدْرُ عَلَى يَدِي فَاحْتَرَقَتْ يَدِي فَانْطَلَقَ بِي أَبِي إِلَ
ى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَكَانَ يَتْفُلُ فِيهَا وَيَقُولُ أَذْهِبْ الْبَاسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ وَأَحْسِبُهُ قَالَ وَاشْفِهِ إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي

English Translation
Muḥammad ibn Jaʿfar narrated to us, Shuʿbah narrated to us, from Simāk ibn Ḥarb, from Muḥammad ibn Ḥāṭib رضي الله عنه who said: 'The pot fell on my hand and my hand was burned. My father took me to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he would blow on it and say: Remove the harm, Lord of people — and I think he said: and heal him, for You are the Healer.'
