English Translation
Hāshim ibn al-Qāsim narrated to us, Shaybān narrated to us, from ʿĀṣim, from Khaythamah and al-Shaʿbī, from al-Nuʿmān ibn Bashīr رضي الله عنه who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The lawful is clear and the unlawful is clear, and between them are doubtful matters. Whoever avoids the doubtful matters is more likely to avoid the unlawful. Allah's sacred limits are a sanctuary. Whoever grazes near the sanctuary is likely to graze within it.'
