حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بِشْرٍ عَنْ حَبِيبِ بْن
ِ سَالِمٍ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ أَنَا أَعْلَمُ النَّاسِ أَوْ كَأَعْلَمِ النَّاسِ بِوَقْتِ صَلَاةِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِلْعِشَاءِ كَانَ يُصَلِّيهَا بَعْدَ سُقُوطِ الْقَمَرِ فِي اللَّيْلَةِ الثَّالِثَةِ مِنْ أَوَّلِ الشَّهْرِ

English Translation
Yazīd ibn Hārūn narrated to us: Sharīk narrated to us, from Simāk ibn Ḥarb, from al-Nuʿmān ibn Bashīr رضي الله عنه who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'No one is more knowledgeable of the time of this prayer — meaning the ʿIshāʾ prayer — than I: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to pray it when the moon would set on the third night of the month.'
