حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ عَن سُفْيَانَ عَن أَبِي

إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ قَالَ مَا رَأَيْتُ مِنْ ذِي لِمَّةٍ أَحْسَنَ فِي حُلَّةٍ حَمْرَاءَ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَهُ شَعْرٌ يَضْرِبُ مَنْكِبَيْهِ بَعِيدُ مَا بَيْنَ الْمَنْكِبَيْنِ لَيْسَ بِالطَّوِيلِ وَلَا بِالْقَصِيرِ

English Translation
Wakīʿ narrated from Sufyān, from Abū Isḥāq, from al-Barāʾ, who said: 'I have not seen anyone with hair reaching the shoulders more handsome in a red garment than the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. He had hair that reached his shoulders, broad between the shoulders, neither tall nor short.'
