حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْمَجِيدِ الثَّقَفِيُّ عَنْ خَال

ِدٍ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُكَيْمٍ قَالَ كَتَبَ إِلَيْنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَبْلَ وَفَاتِهِ بِشَهْرٍ أَنْ لَا تَنْتَفِعُوا مِنْ الْمَيْتَةِ بِإِهَابٍ وَلَا عَصَبٍ

English Translation
ʿAbd al-Wahhāb ibn ʿAbd al-Majīd al-Thaqafī narrated from Khālid, from al-Ḥakam, from ʿAbd Allāh ibn ʿUkaym, who said: 'the Messenger of Allah ﷺ wrote to us a month before his death that: "Do not make use of anything from a dead animal, neither its hide nor its sinew."'
