حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ

عَنْ مُخَارِقٍ عَنْ طَارِقِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ أَجْنَبَ رَجُلَانِ فَتَيَمَّمَ أَحَدُهُمَا فَصَلَّى وَلَمْ يُصَلِّ الْآخَرُ فَأَتَيَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَلَمْ يَعِبْ عَلَيْهِمَا

English Translation
Muḥammad ibn Jaʿfar narrated to us, Shuʿbah narrated to us, from Mukhāriq, from Ṭāriq ibn Shihāb who said: Two men became ritually impure [junub]. One of them performed tayammum and prayed, while the other did not pray. They then came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he did not censure either of them.
