حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ حَدَّثَنَا الْعَطَّافُ حَدَّثَنِي مُجَمِّعُ بْنُ يَعْ
قُوبَ عَنْ غُلَامٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ قُبَاءَ أَنَّهُ أَدْرَكَهُ شَيْخًا قَالَ جَاءَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِقُبَاءَ فَجَلَسَ فِي فِنَاءِ الْأُجُمِ وَاجْتَمَعَ إِلَيْهِ نَاسٌ فَاسْتَسْقَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَسُقِيَ فَشَرِبَ وَأَنَا عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَأَنَا أَحْدَثُ الْقَوْمِ فَنَاوَلَنِي فَشَرِبْتُ وَحَفِظْتُ أَنَّهُ صَلَّى بِنَا يَوْمَئِذٍ وَعَلَيْهِ نَعْلَانِ لَمْ يَنْزِعْهُمَا

English Translation
Yūnus ibn Muḥammad narrated to us, al-ʿAṭṭāf narrated to us, Mujammiʿ ibn Yaʿqūb narrated to me, from a boy from the people of Qubāʾ whom he met as an old man, who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ came to us at Qubāʾ and sat in the courtyard of the fortified tower, and people gathered around him. He asked for something to drink, and he drank. I was at his right side, and I was the youngest of the group, so he handed it to me and I drank. I also remember that he prayed with us that day wearing his sandals, which he did not remove.
