حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ الْبَرَاءَ وَعَبْدَ

اللَّهِ بْنَ أَبِي أَوْفَى أَنَّهُمْ أَصَابُوا حُمُرًا فَطَبَخُوهَا قَالَ فَنَادَى مُنَادِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَكْفِئُوا الْقُدُورَ

English Translation
ʿAbd Allāh ibn Abī Awfā and al-Barāʾ narrated: On the day of Khaybar, they had set up cooking pots. the Messenger of Allah ﷺ commanded that they be overturned and said: 'The flesh of domestic donkeys is not permissible.'
