‏ ‏حَدَّثَنَا ‏ ‏عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ‏ ‏أَخْبَرَنَا ‏ ‏سُفْيَانُ ‏ ‏عَنِ ‏ ‏الْأَعْمَشِ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏أَبِي وَائِلٍ ‏ ‏عَنْ ‏ ‏جَرِيرٍ ‏ ‏أَنَّهُ ‏ ‏حِينَ بَايَعَ النَّبِيَّ ‏ ‏صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ‏ ‏أَخَذَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ ‏ ‏لَا يُشْرِكَ بِاللَّهِ شَيْئًا وَيُقِيمَ الصَّلَاةَ وَيُؤْتِيَ الزَّكَاةَ وَيَنْصَحَ الْمُسْلِمَ وَيُفَارِقَ الْمُشْرِكَ ‏

English Translation

Jarīr narrated: When he pledged allegiance to the Prophet ﷺ, the Prophet ﷺ stipulated upon him that he not associate anything with Allah, establish the prayer, pay the zakāh, be sincere to every Muslim, and disassociate from the polytheist.
