حَدَّثَنَا مَكِّيُّ حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْأَوْدِيُّ

عَنْ عَامِرٍ عَنْ جَرِيرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ بُنِيَ الْإِسْلَامُ عَلَى خَمْسٍ شَهَادَةِ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَإِقَامِ الصَّلَاةِ وَإِيتَاءِ الزَّكَاةِ وَحَجِّ الْبَيْتِ وَصِيَامِ رَمَضَانَ

English Translation
Jarīr ibn ʿAbd Allāh narrated: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: 'Islam is built upon five: the testimony that there is no god but Allah, establishing the prayer, paying the zakāh, pilgrimage to the House, and fasting Ramaḍān.'
