حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا إِسْحَاقَ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللّ

َهِ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا مِنْ قَوْمٍ يُعْمَلُ فِيهِمْ بِالْمَعَاصِي هُمْ أَعَزُّ وَأَكْثَرُ مِمَّنْ يَعْمَلُهُ لَمْ يُغَيِّرُوهُ إِلَّا عَمَّهُمْ اللَّهُ بِعِقَابٍ

English Translation
Jarīr narrated from the Prophet ﷺ of Allah ﷺ who said: 'No people among whom sins are committed, while they are mightier and more numerous than those committing them, yet do not change it — except that Allah will afflict them all with punishment.'
