English Translation

ʿAbd Allāh ibn Abī Awfā narrated: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to supplicate saying: 'O Allah, purify me with snow, hail, and cold water. O Allah, purify my heart from sins as You purify white cloth from filth. O Allah, distance me from my sins as You have distanced the East from the West. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from a heart that does not humble itself, from a soul that is never satisfied, from a supplication that is not heard, and from knowledge that does not benefit. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from these four. O Allah, I ask You for a pious life and a peaceful death, and a return that is neither disgracing nor dishonorable.'
