حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ

عَنْ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ يَحْيَى قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو بُرْدَةَ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَعَثَ مُعَاذًا وَأَبَا مُوسَى إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَأَمَرَهُمَا أَنْ يُعَلِّمَا النَّاسَ الْقُرْآنَ

English Translation
ʿAbd Allāh ibn Numayr narrated to us, from Ṭalḥah ibn Yaḥyā, who said: Abū Burdah informed me, from Abū Mūsā, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ sent Muʿādh and Abū Mūsā to Yemen and commanded them to teach the people the Quran.
