حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو التَّيَّاحِ عَنْ شَيْخٍ لَهُمْ عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى قَالَ مَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى د
َمْثٍ إِلَى جَنْبِ حَائِطٍ فَبَالَ قَالَ شُعْبَةُ فَقُلْتُ لِأَبِى التَّيَّاحِ جَالِسًا قَالَ لَا أَدْرِي قَالَ فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ بَنِي إِسْرَائِيلَ كَانُوا إِذَا أَصَابَهُمْ الْبَوْلُ قَرَضُوهُ بِالْمَقَارِيضِ فَإِذَا بَالَ أَحَدُكُمْ فَلْيَرْتَدْ لِبَوْلِهِ

English Translation
Bahz narrated to us, Shuʿbah narrated to us, Abū al-Tayyāḥ narrated to us, from a shaykh of theirs, from Abū Mūsā, who said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ leaned toward soft ground beside a wall and urinated. Shuʿbah said: I asked Abū al-Tayyāḥ: 'While sitting?' He said: 'I do not know.' He said: the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: 'The Children of Israel, when they were struck by urine, would cut it out with scissors. So when one of you urinates, let him find a suitable place for his urination.'
