حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى هُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ عَنْ مُدْرِكِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَن
ِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَزْنِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ أَوْ سَرَفٍ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ

English Translation
Yaḥyā — he is Ibn Saʿīd — narrated to us, Shuʿbah narrated to us, from Firās, from Mudrik ibn ʿUmārah, from Ibn Abī Awfā رضي الله عنه, from the Prophet ﷺ who said, 'One does not drink wine while he is a believer, and one does not commit zinā while he is a believer, and one does not plunder a plunder that people raise their eyes at while he is a believer.'
