English Translation
Yahyā ibn Sa‘īd narrated to us, from al-Taymī, from Abū al-‘Alā’. He said: I believe from Mutarrif, from ‘Imrān, that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said to him — or to someone else: Did you fast the latter days of this month? He said: No. He said: When you break your fast — or when the people break their fast — fast two days.
