حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ أَخْبَرَنَا الْجُرَيْرِيُّ عَنْ أَبِي الْ
عَلَاءِ بْنِ الشِّخِّيرِ عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ قَالَ قَالَ لِي عِمْرَانُ إِنِّي لَأُحَدِّثُكَ بِالْحَدِيثِ الْيَوْمَ لِيَنْفَعَكَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بِهِ بَعْدَ الْيَوْمِ اعْلَمْ أَنَّ خَيْرَ عِبَادِ اللَّهِ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ الْحَمَّادُونَ وَاعْلَمْ أَنَّهُ لَنْ تَزَالَ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْإِسْلَامِ يُقَاتِلُونَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى مَنْ نَاوَأَهُمْ حَتَّى يُقَاتِلُوا الدَّجَّالَ وَاعْلَمْ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ أَعْمَرَ مِنْ أَهْلِهِ فِي الْعَشْرِ فَلَمْ تَنْزِلْ آيَةٌ تَنْسَخُ ذَلِكَ وَلَمْ يَنْهَ عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حَتَّى مَضَى لِوَجْهِهِ ارْتَأَى كُلُّ امْرِئٍ بَعْدَمَا شَاءَ اللَّهُ أَنْ يَرْتَئِيَ
Isnad Chain
English Translation
Ismā‘īl narrated to us: al-Jurayrī informed us, from Abū al-‘Alā’ ibn al-Shikhkhīr, from Mutarrif, who said: ‘Imrān said to me: I shall narrate a hadith to you today so that Allāh — mighty and majestic is He — may benefit you by it after today. Know that the best of the servants of Allāh — blessed and exalted is He — on the Day of Resurrection are the Hammādūn (those who praise Allāh much). And know that a group from the people of Islām shall continue fighting upon the truth, prevailing over those who oppose them, until they fight the Dajjāl. And know that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ gave ‘Umrah to some of his family in the last ten days. No verse was revealed abrogating that, and the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ did not forbid it until he died. A man expressed his own opinion about it as he wished.
