Arabic Text
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو قَزَعَةَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي قُشَيْرٍ عَنْ أَبِي
هِ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا حَقُّ امْرَأَتِي عَلَيَّ قَالَ تُطْعِمُهَا إِذَا طَعِمْتَ وَتَكْسُوهَا إِذَا اكْتَسَيْتَ وَلَا تَضْرِبْ الْوَجْهَ وَلَا تَهْجُرْ إِلَّا فِي الْبَيْتِ

English Translation
‘Abd al-Razzāq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, Abū Qaza‘ah informed us, from a man of Banū Qushayr, from his father, that he asked the Prophet ﷺ: ‘What is my wife’s right upon me?’ He said: ‘You feed her when you eat, you clothe her when you clothe yourself, you do not strike the face, you do not revile her, and you do not abandon her except within the house.’”
