حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ وَعَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ قَالَ عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ حَدَّثَنِي قَتَ
ادَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا نَكَحَ الْمَرْأَةَ الْوَلِيَّانِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَإِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنْ الرَّجُلَيْنِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا

English Translation
Bahz and ‘Abd al-Ṣamad narrated to us, both saying: Hammām narrated to us, from Qatādah — ‘Abd al-Ṣamad said: Qatādah narrated to me — from al-Ḥasan, from Samurah, that the Prophet ﷺ said: “If a woman is married off by two guardians, she belongs to the first of them. And if a sale is sold to two men, it belongs to the first of them.”
