حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنِي سَوَادَةُ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ سَمُرَةَ بْنَ جُن
Body (Matn)
ْدُبٍ يَقُولُ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَغُرَّنَّكُمْ نِدَاءُ بِلَالٍ فَإِنَّ فِي بَصَرِهِ سُوءًا وَلَا بَيَاضٌ يُرَى بِأَعْلَى السَّحَرِ

English Translation
Affān narrated to us, Hammām narrated to us, Sawādah narrated to me, who said: I heard Samurah ibn Jundub saying that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Do not be deceived by the call of Bilāl, for there is weakness in his eyesight, nor by the whiteness seen at the top of the pre-dawn.”
