حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ وَلَمْ يَسْ

مَعْهُ مِنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَنْ قَتَلَ عَبْدَهُ قَتَلْنَاهُ وَمَنْ جَدَعَ عَبْدَهُ جَدَعْنَاهُ

English Translation
Abū al-Naḍr narrated to us, from Shu‘bah, from Qatādah, from al-Ḥasan, from Samurah — and he did not hear it from him directly — that the Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said: “Whoever kills his slave, we shall kill him. And whoever mutilates his slave, we shall mutilate him.”
