حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَن

ْ سَمُرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا أُنْكِحَتْ الْمَرْأَةُ زَوْجَيْنِ فَهِيَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا وَإِذَا بِيعَ الْبَيْعُ مِنْ رَجُلَيْنِ فَهُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ مِنْهُمَا

English Translation
Affān narrated to us, Hammām narrated to us, Qatādah narrated to us, from al-Ḥasan, from Samurah, that the Prophet ﷺ said: “If a woman is married off to two husbands, she belongs to the first of them. And if a sale is sold to two men, it belongs to the first of them.”
